veryone who owns a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini this last has stopped officially of update official, but now with extras developer you can injoing with installing the latest OS Rom 5.1.1 based on CM

The unofficial Cyanogenmod 12.1 custom ROM (Android 5.0.2 Lollipop) by Novafusion is compatible with all Galaxy S3 Mini variants such as i8190, i8190L and i8190N. The ROM is almost stable and only issue is video taken by camera is green But you can installing som apps like camu taking correct videos without any issues

Installation instruction

1.      Switch off the phone and wait 5-10 seconds for total shut down.

2.      Boot the phone in recovery mode by holding volume up, home, and power all at the same time until the recovery screen appears. You can use the volume keys to navigate recovery options and power to select an action.

3.      Tap Wipe and scroll to the bottom.  Choose Swipe To Factory Data Reset.

4.      Now  select Wipe> Advanced Wipe and select System. Scroll to the bottom and chooseSwipe To Wipe.

5.      Tap install and locate the CM12.1 Final ROM file on your SD card. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Swipe to confirm flash 

6.      Follow the same procedure for the Google App  files

7.      Once the installation is complete, tap reboot and select System. It may take up to five minutes to reboot.

8.      Note that if the phone gets stuck in a boot loop, perform a factory reset from recovery mode.
