Instruction for installation

1. Transfer the downloaded CM 13 & GApps zip, in your LG G2.
2. Turn off your LG G2.
3.  boot into Recovery mode.
4. Do not forget to perform a nandroid backup, if you want to return to the previous ROM. Goto backup option in TWRP and select all the partitions including System, Data, Boot, Recovery, EFS and swipe right to backup.
5. After performing the ROM backup, go back to the TWRP main menu and tap the wipe button.
6. Then, select Advanced Wipe, as well as Dalvik Cache, Data, and Cache (Don’t select Internal storage)
7. Next, swipe to confirm. Wait for the wiping process to complete.
8. Next, Goto TWRP main menu & goto Install option.
9. Locate the CM 13 downloaded zip file & tap on it. Now swipe to Install the ROM.
10. Once the installation process is finished successfully, Again Goto TWRP Main menu, Tap on Install & locate the GApps zip file. Swipe to install GApps Package.
11. From recovery select “reboot” and enjoy.

How to install Android 5.0.1 on Galaxy S2 I9100 with alpha CyanogenMod 12 build

Step-1: Download Android 5.0.1 CyanogenMod 12 ROM and Gapps package for Galaxy S2 on your PC

Step-2: Connect Galaxy S2 to the computer using USB cable then move the downloaded zip files to the SD card of the phone. Ensure that the files are in the SD card root, not in any folder

Step-3: Unplug the USB cable from the phone and switch it off

Step-4: Boot the phone into recovery mode. To do this, turn the phone on while pressing and holding Volume Up, Home and Power buttons together

Step-5: In recovery mode, perform a full data wipe by selecting wipe data/ factory reset. Use thePower button to select while in Recovery Mode

Step-5: Perform cache wipe by selecting wipe cache partition

Step-6: Also do a wipe of dalvik cache. From CWM recovery, go to advanced then select wipe dalvik cache

Step-7: Head over to main recovery menu and select install zip from sdcard then choose zip from sdcard. Using the Volume rockers go to CyanogenMod ROM file. Select it using the Power button and confirm installation on the next screen

Step-8: When the ROM is installed, follow the similar procedure to flash the Gapps file

Note: If you face insufficient space issue for flashing gapps, try flashing a bigger PIT file, or wait for a Nano Gapps package.

Step-9: After the installation process is completed, reboot phone by selecting reboot system now from the recovery menu and enjoiying

Unlocking the bootloader of your HTC smartphone will allow you to root and install new custom ROMs. This is a guide that should be used by those users who want to tinker with their phone’s OS and free its OS so that you will be able to flash unofficial software for your phone. In order to make sure that you successfully complete this guide, you will need to read the guidelines below before starting the bootloader unlock process. Here’s what you need to know:

• If you unlock the bootloader of your HTC One you will lose all the data that is currently stored on it. Every single file will be wiped and you cannot retrieve it.
• Move all your important files to your computer using the USB data cable.
• The phone’s warranty will be voided after the bootloader is unlocked.
• Enable USB debugging option from the Android Developer Options. NOTE: If the Developer Options menu doesn’t appear, then you should open Settings, then About Phone and after that you should tap 7 times on the ‘Build Number’ area. It will unlock the Developer Options for your smartphone.
• If, after you unlock the bootloader, you will receive any new software updates, then you will have to deny their installation as you will end up bricking the phone after the install is complete.
• Make sure to download and install the HTC Sync Manager before getting to the tutorial. Download link HERE.
• Download Fastboot zip from HERE. Extract the zip contents into a folder named Fastboot. It would be great if you’d place the Fastboot folder on your PC desktop menu. It should feature 4 files within after the unzip is complete.

2.  use data cable to establish connection between your phone and your computer.

3. use Odin3, turn off Samsung Kies, Windows Firewall and any Antivirus software if you’re using.

Files you need to download and install

• Download & install Samsung USB drivers.
• Download & extract Odin3 v3.09
• Download TWRP 2.8.10 Recovery.tar.md5 file.

GUIDE TO INSTALLATION TWRP 

RECOVERY ON  GALAXY S3 MINI I8190:

1. Download the file for your variant carefully.
2. Open Odin3.exe.
3. Put your phone in download mode, to do so, turn it off completely. Now turn it on by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home Button, Power key simultaneously, you  see a warning now, press Volume Up to continue.
4.  Connect your phone to your PC.
5. The ID:COM box in Odin should turn blue now, that means your phone is connected properly in download mode.
6. Click on the “AP” or "PDA" tab in Odin 3.09 and select the downloaded Recovery.tar file.
7. In case you’re using Odin 3.07, click on the PDA tab in Odin and select the downloaded Recovery.tar file and let it load.
8. Make sure that all options in Odin are unticked except “F.Reset Time”.
9. Hit start now and sit back, it will take a few seconds to flash the recovery, once finished, disconnect your device from your PC.
10. Press and hold Volume Up + Home Button + Power Key to access the TWRP 2.8 Recovery that you just installed.
11. You can backup your current ROM and do a lot of other things using the options in TWRP Recovery.
12. Make sure that you make Nandroid and EFS backup and save it on your PC as well. Find the option in TWRP 2.8 Recovery.
13. That’s All.

METHOD TO ROOT YOU DEVICE:

1. If you need to root your samsung galaxy s3 mini now, you can download the SuperSu.zip file.
2. Place the downloaded file on your phone’s sd card.
3. Open TWRP 2.8 and select Install > SuperSu.zip and flash it.

Installation instruction

1.      Switch off the phone and wait 5-10 seconds for total shut down.

2.      Boot the phone in recovery mode by holding volume up, home, and power all at the same time until the recovery screen appears. You can use the volume keys to navigate recovery options and power to select an action.

3.      Tap Wipe and scroll to the bottom.  Choose Swipe To Factory Data Reset.

4.      Now  select Wipe> Advanced Wipe and select System. Scroll to the bottom and chooseSwipe To Wipe.

5.      Tap install and locate the CM12.1 Final ROM file on your SD card. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Swipe to confirm flash 

6.      Follow the same procedure for the Google App  files

7.      Once the installation is complete, tap reboot and select System. It may take up to five minutes to reboot.

8.      Note that if the phone gets stuck in a boot loop, perform a factory reset from recovery mode.
